Return & Refund Policy

At Midnight Fixation, we take pride in handcrafting each paddle with care and attention to detail. Due to the intimate and custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our paddles.

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that arrive damaged due to shipping or contain a manufacturing defect.

• To request a refund or replacement, email midnightfixationco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• If approved, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet begun processing. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
